• Stainless steel knife set of 2
• Wash with warm soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly
• Dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended
• Sharpen blades regularly and always keep blade protected away from other objects
• Never clean the knives with steel wool, scouring pad or harsh liquids
• Always load knives in dishwasher – blade down
• Remove from dishwasher immediately after cycle is finished and dry down with cloth to prevent staining
• Leaving the knives in extended contact with foodstuffs can cause staining
