VALUEclub Membership FAQs

Yes, you can log into your Dunnes Stores App account on multiple devices. This gives you access to your vouchers on multiple devices.

Download the Dunnes Stores App and sign up. If you have already created a new online VALUEclub account with password simply log in to the Dunnes Stores App using your VALUEclub username and password.

Your VALUEclub account allows you secure access to keep track of your VALUEclub points. Sign in or create your new VALUEclub account in the Dunnes Stores App or online here.

Points will be displayed for the specific VALUEclub card you are viewing only. To check points accumulated by multiple cards, including linked cards, please lookup each VALUEclub card's points balance individually here

From 11th January 2021 points will not be earned in respect of purchases of alcohol items (this does not affect earning points for non-alcoholic items purchased).

When you use your VALUEclub card one point will be awarded for every €1 spent by you on qualifying products in a qualifying transaction.

Points cannot be earned in respect of purchases tobacco products, alcohol (this does not affect non-alcoholic items), medicines, phone cards, lottery products, infant formula products, Deposit Return Scheme deposit fees, vending machine purchases or purchases of gift vouchers, gift cards and saving stamps. Points cannot be earned on delivery charges or other surcharges. Points will not be awarded for items purchased for resale. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of the promoter or by operation of the law.

Yes you can. You can find a digital version of your VALUEclub card when you are signed into your Dunnes Stores App or online VALUEclub account here.

In the Dunnes Stores App you will find your digital VALUEclub card at the bottom of every app screen, simply tap 'VALUEclub, Gift Cards & Vouchers', this displays a barcode with a 19 digit number beneath it which can be scanned at any Dunnes Stores checkout.

Please note, if your phone screen is cracked you may experience difficulty scanning your VALUEclub card from your mobile phone in store, if this is the case you can call out the VALUEclub card barcode number to a Dunnes Stores colleague in store who can assist you.

Please add your VALUEclub card to your Dunnes Stores app or online VALUEclub account as soon as possible to ensure you access the benefits of VALUEclub right from the beginning. Create your Dunnes Stores App or online VALUEclub account here.

VALUEclub cards must be registered within 12 months of the first use of the card and must be used at least once in 12 months. Failure to do so means your account could be deactivated and any points contained on the card up to that date may be forfeited.

Once at least 200 points are earned with your VALUEclub card within a specified points collection period, you will receive VALUEclub Reward vouchers (ROI only). There are three VALUEclub Rewards each year: Spring, Autumn and Christmas. You will receive your VALUEclub Reward voucher in the Dunnes Stores App.

VALUEclub money vouchers are not currently redeemable in our online store. Customers do, however, earn VALUEclub points while shopping online once their VALUEclub card number has been added to their dunnesstores.com account. (excluding delivery fees paid). If a VALUEclub mailing is returned to Dunnes Stores, the money vouchers enclosed will be cancelled. Customers that earned at least 200 points during the most recent collection period and who did not receive a mailing may need to update their address to ensure the next mailing is successfully delivered.

Once you've created and signed into your VALUEclub account, select Personal Details from the menu options to view and update your information such as your postal address. Please create your online VALUEclub account and sign in here.

VALUEclub money vouchers that are lost or stolen before they are used or expire can be reissued to customers. To alert Dunnes Stores about such an issue, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

Customers can check the expiry date of their individual VALUEclub money vouchers by reviewing the printed terms and conditions included on each voucher. Unfortunately, unused vouchers that have expired cannot be reissued to customers.

Customers diagnosed as coeliac can claim tax back on purchases of gluten-free products from Dunnes Stores. For more information on the specific requirements, see Revenue.ie.

We provide all VALUEclub members that are registered as coeliac with an Annual Certificate of Expenditure free of charge. To add this information, open your Dunnes Stores App and tap "More" -> "Preferences" and toggle "Gluten-Free Email" on.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an Annual Certificate of Expenditure to customers that are not registered with our VALUEclub programme or include items that were purchased without using a VALUEclub card. For this reason, customers should retain all relevant receipts in relation to any tax claim. For more information, please contact the Coeliac Society of Ireland.
