Click & Collect

Customers picking up their Click & Collect order should bring their Order Confirmation or Ready for Collection email (printed or digital) to the Customer Service desk or Fashion and Homewares Pay Point. In addition, customers may be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.

Click & Collect deliveries are held in store for 7 calendar days from the date the customer’s Ready for Collection email is sent. If you wish to extend the hold period further, please contact the store directly. See our Store Locator for Contact Information.

Customers can return their Home Delivery or Click and Collect order to any Dunnes Stores for a refund or exchange within 28 days of the initial purchase on presentation of the dispatch note. If the order was placed on the website, customers can also return the item(s) for a refund only (no exchange) by post to our Online Store Returns Centre. The returns information is printed on the dispatch note included with the order. For more information, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges.

Online orders can be placed in all Fashion and Homewares stores for either home or store delivery in ROI and Northern Ireland, there is free home delivery for orders €50+/£40+ with DPD. Otherwise, a delivery fee of €3.95 (ROI) and £3.95 (UK/Northern Ireland) applies.

Customers in Spain can also order items in store for home delivery to a Spanish address.
